Liver Brownies

1 pound raw liver (either beef or chicken)
1 egg
2 cups flour

Mix liver in food processor or blender till it looks like pink goo (if using blender do in small batches). I have to say that it looks pretty disgusting. (What we do for our dogs). Transfer to bowl and add egg and flour and mix well. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Score into 1/4 to 1/2 inch squares with knife (makes it easier to separate after baked). I do not score, I cut it up into squares with a pizza cutter after it is baked and cooled. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Cut into squares. Freeze or refrigerate. They defrost very quickly since they are such small squares.

You can bake more that one batch at the same time, but I mix it up in batches. It is very sticky so I spread it with a wet spatula or sometimes I slip my hand into a sandwich baggie and spray it with Pam and use that to spread it out on the cookie sheet.
